Hand me the Hummus

Yup, its pretty basic, and a common go-to snack.

I don’t make it, no no, but I do buy a tub every week.  Always read the label, try and opt for an organic brand, and one that’s not super oily.  Most supermarkets do their own brand of organic hummus for about £1.50 but San Amvrosia is a my fav.

It’s a Shnack so let's not go overboard with the dipping.

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Pop your crudité of choice in a bowl.  For me its Cucumber and sugarsnap peas and carrots.
  2. Dollop about 15-20g, its like a heaped tbsp in the middle and you're good to go.  I prefer to do this tan dip into the tub (we all do that) because free dipping usually adds up to over eating of the Hummus.

NOTES:

Calories will vary according to veg and hummus selection.
