Challenges

  • Hi Queens,

Relativily new here so I missed the 12 week challenge. Could someone let me know what the challenges normally entail ....how are they different from just doing the classes ?❤️

I love seeing everyone celebrate how much they were loving the challenge so its definitely something im interested in .

    Thanks ladies xx

  • @Lisa Manning Hey Lisa! The challenges so far have been to complete a minimum of 3 workouts a week, doesnt have to be live, can be done from the library aswell. Also the 12 week challenge we were asked to try have a go at some of the recipes that were posted on Instagram. You can post transformation/progress pictures if you want either here or on Instagram but its not a requirement.

Im not sure what the next challenge will be but from what I heard Maeve said it might be more strength based so I am assuming using more weights. I dont think it is going to be as long either. I am so looking forward to it though. The 12 week challenge was brilliant and I definitely could see results starting to show with the consistency.

    X

  • @Lisa Manning hey Lisa, well Ashely pretty much explained exactly wht the last challenge included.  We also have some winners which we are announcin this week...

Next challenge will be shorter probably aaround 4 weeks.. focusing more on strengh and sculpting which im so looking forward to.. only some classes will be part of the challenge and we on top will ahve our regular classes incase some ppl dont want to join in or if you join qdq half way there are other options ...

Yay, we do not put anyone under any pressure to post images of themselves, every queens body is different and even if we all ate drank slept worked out in the exact same way we would all still achieve different results ...

    lots oflove

  • Hi Lisa, I am in the same boat, this will be my first challenge as I am fairly new and trying to prepare buying some weights haha

I love th sweat and sculpt class so I am looking forward to this challenge! :)

  • Hi I'm liking the sound of this as have seen great results just by doing 2 classes a week from the library.

How do I join the challenge or is it automatic as a member? Thanks

  • @Trudie Mcwilliams I am not sure if you have to sign up but on the website there is a "challenge" space and at the end you can sign up by putting your name and email.
