    Do we have here Queens who are sugar free completely? I started 100 days sugar free diet and to be honest so far it is so goood!! I'm loosing so much stored water😆 My skin is better, my energy level is bettet, my productivity is better! Just sharing here because it is wonderful girls😇

  • @Brianna Kelly Hi there😍 I do actually have tips for you. Make sure to always have non sugary sweets in your house, like dried mango or my favorite figs or even banana bits with non sugary peanut butter on top. Sugar is more like a habit for us, I used to eat a lot just out of habit, we do not really need sugar at all. You can always have fruits. I am always trying not to keep sugary products at home, it is always easy when you open the fridge😅 I am always struggling to be honest, however balance is a good habit, try to eat 80/20 % and just do not overthink it. Look at this as a great switch to your health and longivity.
