Nutribullet recipe ideas

  • Hi everyone, So during lockdown I invested in a nutribullet. Now I'm not great in that I don't understand protein powders or things like that so I'm just using fruit, veg, almond milk or coconut water. I also bought chlorella powder cos someone told me it was good. So if anyone has yummy recipes I'd love the advice!!

My favourite one is after a MM workout I would have mixed frozen berries, chia seeds, flaxseed, banana, spinach and coconut water.

  • @Aoife Flynn Hi Aoife 😊 I dont really like protein powders (just the taste😝) so I try get it from foods, after a big workout I love making a smoothie with a banana, some peanut butter, ice and almond milk. Its so nice and refreshing especially on the hot days! You can also use frozen yoghurt instead of the ice if you want, or add some honey to sweeten it up! 😊 Its sweet enough without it though! 😊

  • @Louise Hegarty yummy!! Im all over that one tomorrow.

  • Hi@Aoife Flynn post MM workouts I usually have berries, frozen banana, chia seeds, almond milk and a scope of My Protein chocolate brownie protein powder in my smoothie. It's yummy.
