  • I finally became an official team queen member when my shoes arrived this week! I took a picture of the shoes to show my husband but was pleasantly surprised to see how toned my legs are getting.  Love these workouts, they are so much more fun than running! 



  • You have lovely toned legs! Fabulous shoes too! Do you still run as well or just workouts now? 


  • @Michelle Robertson For the past month I've only been running once or twice a week and usually just a 5k.  I'll be 40 next year and find that running is really hard on my knees and hips the older I get.  I also mix in cycling occasionally but try do most of Maeve's workouts. 


  • @April Holt legs look amazing! Can I ask did you size up on the trainers as Nike says they are snug? X
