Hello queens!!!
So here we are, the end of the 4 week challenge! I've only done 4 workouts/week. I didn't think my body has changed much until this morning when I took these pictures! I am literally socked! I never thought I would see so much progress. Maybe for some of you it's not much but for me it's huge!
Never have been consistent about a training program, never had enjoyed so much training! I can feel my body much stronger than before, I can now keep up with the workouts! And my mood, ohhh boy, that was the biggest improvement! I feel happier, more motivated, I feel better in my own skin but most of all, I trained my brain to stop being influenced by the bitch in the bathroom and more by what he sees in the mirror and by how it feels. It's been an amazing journey and I can't wait to see how much more my body is gonna improve.
I'm so proud of myself and ready for the next challenge!!!
Also, the no sugar September is going well so far! Since the 1st of September I only had a macaron on my cousin's birthday! For which I did my "punishment" 20 abs after I've eaten it 🤣
