My Progress (so far!)


  • I know these photos aren't directly comparable because of different lighting & angles. But I just finished the Crunch & Burn workout & thought my upper body was popping! I know my weight hasn't changed much, but I'm definitely feeling more toned & stronger.

    I have been doing only Team Queen workouts since May, with some sporadic walks/runs as I'm currently participating in STEPtember.

    Thanks so much Maeve for providing me with such fun (& challenging!) workouts, I'm loving every second of it 😄



  • @Helena Bush stop pardoning your angles, you look amazing and we can defo see a difference, also this is why i dont weigh myself, your body changes all the time and the scales can be a right bitch.  so dont mind them if you dont wanna use them.  As long as your feeling absolutley fabulous healthy confident and strong the Queen YOU ARE QUEENING
