Would queen team like some yoga?


  • The queen @Maeve Madden has suggested yoga maybe being added to site.  I for one would love this! I haven't done yoga in a long time but I know how beneficial it is and I defo need more ways to relax!!! What do you queens think of that?



  • Yesss@Carmel Mulvany I agree. I do love yoga, it's relaxing but also really helped with my flexibilty and joint pains (especially my hips!) can't wait!! Xx

  • @Carmel Mulvany I'd be so keen for this. Love yoga. I had a shoulder and wrist injury and found that it really helped build up my strength to be able to do planks etc again. Such a great way to unwind and you always feel great afterwards. I always forget about it now though so this would be a great way to get back into it 🙂

  • Love yoga and pilates! Would be great to add yoga into the mix for those days when you want to move but want something slower.

    1million %!! We all have days like that so I think a day of stretching and relaxation would be so good!

  • Just completed Friday workout. Loved working on upper body. Would like to try yoga, never have before. Definitely need something to help relax the mind now that a type of normal life is returning 🙂
