  • It was fab! I missed the live this morning and just did it there in between lectures, its definitely a change 😅.  Some points I found myself struggling to get the correct form for the standing Ab work! Amazing workout thank you Lottie and Maeve!! xx

     


  • How fab is it having Lottie doing Thursday workouts, so much variety between Maeve, Lottie, sweaty 7s!!! Really loved this morning's workout. So glad to have Queens Dont Quit especially now winter is coming and with all the new restrictions. Thank you @Maevemadden and Lottie ❤❤❤❤

  • Loved Lottie's workout, the tunes definitely helped me through it! That was my third workout this week with HIIT Tuesday and I did Monday's legs yesterday. I am feeling it now!! 🌶🌶🌶

  • Just caught up on this week's abs workout with Lottie. Not going to lie, I really had to psych myself up for it cos I know my core is particularly weak. I knew I wouldn't make it through all the exercises and hate feeling like I quit. Finally built up the courage today and I really enjoyed it. Did I use the weights - not for the majority of it. But did I feel the burn - absolutely! Did I make it through all the reps - no. But is that my new challenge? Absolutely!

    Goal for the Christmas challenge is to make it through an abs class with weights and reps! Let's go Queens!


  • @Caitriona Lyons girl this wk was d same for me.... I struggled through every workout which is normally not like me! And I just wanted to give up.... but you know what we completed the workouts to the best of our ability and we showed up and did it! So we did good queen!!! I have so much going on at home and its getting so hard to get up out of bed so tap urself on d back cuz we gave as much as we could! We got this queen..... fingers crossed this wk will be easier all round xxx
