    I've just signed up for the Spring challenge and cannnnot wait!! Can't wait to get more confident and healthier with you amazing Queens!!!

    Enjoying a lovely Thai take out and glass or two of prosexy!!!!

    So much New Year wishes to you all - let's smash it Queen style!!!!!

    See you tomorrow for our first live workout of as many as humanly possible in 2021 hahha!!

  • What weights would you recommend? I'm a beginner just signed up for the Soring Challenge. 💪🏻 


  • @Nuala McEvoy hiya Queen, I guess it would depend on your current fitness level but I would say start with bottles of water (to see if it's enough or too much) then if not enough some 2.5kge are good cause you can always use just one or double up. 
    I tend to use 2 x 2.5kgs and 1 x 5kg dumbbells.

    I won't be using any weights this week though whilst I get back into the swing of things. 

    did you do this morning's 'all out legs' workout? If so Did you enjoy it? Xxx

    Also, don't worry too much about weights to start with, if you don't have any yet you'll still have a great workout without them xxxx

    Sorry for late reply. Just saw this. have you found the timetable for this week? 
    it's under "live workouts" under menu bar on top left.

    most workouts are at 9:30 and some evening ones too.

    if you did this mornings workout, what did you think? 
    it was defo tough after 2 weeks off but I loved it xxxx

  • @Nuala McEvoy I currently use 2kg, 3kg and 5kg however if you're beginner maybe start with a 1-2kg for your light/medium weight and see how you get on. You could then add a 3-5kg for your heavy weight. In the meantime it's probably just good getting used to the movements, you still feel it without!
