  • @Sian Townend Aw Sian I completely do be the same on my heavy days I just don't want to move but I feel like the movement definitely helps 🙌🏻 And for some reason I always feel strong during my period, it's the week before and after for me that are crap usually 😅 I actually use a menstrual cup, not sure if any other queens do? I absolutely love it but I find especially during legs and perky peach I have to wear a pad as well because I think contracting that area messes up the cup's suction mechanism 😂😂😅 I feel like that's too much information but I'd really love to know if any other queens use a menstrual cup and have the same problem, maybe I'll start a topic about it 😂🤔


  • @Niamh Byrne wasn't it next level today!!!! I was still feeling a bit of peach burn from Tuesday's class with Francesca but that actually helps me focus a bit as I know where I'm trying to work on (if that makes sense!!) I'm definitely feeling it in the strength, not so much in the mirror yet but actually y'know what that doesn't bother me as much as it might have previously, as I'm feeling fit and strong, and having so much fun in the classes and on here along the way! Deeeeelighted with all the  superwoman push-ups this week!!! 

    Aw so thrilled for that you are clearly smashing it so much, good on ya and keep it up (in between lectures and assignments!!!)


  • @Niamh Byrne haha love your response, love a good over share. No topic too gross! 😂 I just use pads but I'd love to know more about the cup, come on queens share your experiences?! Def start a topic for discussion! 😂 squatting in pads is always risky, lots of readjusting required 😂


  • @Sian Townend Aw sure we're all women at the end of the day 😂 I feel like it's something that's really not talked about and I feel like I've had to figure out so much for myself because no one ever talks about it! I think it's definitely worth a discussion 😂 Aw the readjusting is real!


  • Absolutely loved it! Died a little with those fire hydrant pulses though 😂 but defo felt like I could've done a 2nd finisher and managed the heavier weights easilywoop🎉 sooo good feeling how much stronger I am now compared to 3 weeks ago! 😊


  • @Sharon Scully I was the same even in the first song with the squats I was like oh I can feel this 😂 I really think I'm nailing the mind to muscle connection these days it's something that I've struggled with in the past and sometimes I just have to slow down and make sure I'm doing it properly 🙌🏻 Yeah I don't feel much different in the mirror but I definitely do feel stronger, and less bloated and marshmallow like 😂😅 Aw yes I love the push-ups 💪🏻
    Aw thanks queen 👑 I have Fridays off and can make some of the lives because they fit in with my timetable 🙌🏻 Just hoping the study doesn't get too heavy too quick but I'm definitely still going to have to allocate time for myself to do the workouts 💛

  • I orderd a couple of shock absorber ones just earlier on sportsshoes.com as I coulnt see any in my size on wiggle, they are a little cheaper on there too. Im a 30 DD so hard to get anyway, Ive a narrow back and wider shoulders so the ones you pull over your head I have to almost dislocate my shoulders to get in and out of them!

  • Oh girls I had the absolute week of hell at work 😢 I started the week strong with all out legs and Combat queens 🔥 and then Wednesday and Thursday were honestly the worst days ever- I was absolutely swamped at work and ended up working late. I felt like I was being pulled in 100 different directions; I was honestly emotionally drained and physically exhausted! Today was a better day but you know when it all catches up with you.. I'm hoping to catch up on Perky Peach tomorrow and at least get my 3 or 4 workouts in this week. Next week will definitely be a better week! So proud of you my Queens for doing so well this week 💗💗🥰 Love and light to you all x

  • I think friday Perky Peach workout is my favorite! I agree that is great to see the small changes starting to happen! I got the first shot of my covid vaccine last week and have had some hard side effects this week but it helps that there are beginner options for when you are not feeling 100%! And I'm excited to try some of the new workouts when i get a little more energy back! #queensdontquit 👑❤️ 


  • I was talking about this with my husband and my legs and peach are so much tighter and tonned since starting in April last year! My abs are still getting there but I'm sure it won't be long 


  • @Julia Knudsen Aw Julia so sorry to hear about your crappy week queen 👑 You should definitely still be proud of yourself for squeezing in some workouts and taking time for yourself! I find it so much harder to detach from my college work during lockdown but I'm really trying to get a schedule going to make time for myself (definitely doesn't always work!!)
