Getting stronger !


  • Hi Guys I joined maeve to get back into working out and to get abit of motivation to get up and move so I said I'd do the challenge just to give myself the extra push! 
    My main goal was to loose weight which I did within 3 weeks I've lost 8 pound which I'm delighted about!

    But over these 3 weeks I've realised it's not just about the number on the scales it's about getting fitter and healthier and at the start of this I wasn't able to do a burpee or even a jumping Jack and During the week I've found myself without thinking doing them and I can honestly say that was more rewarding than the numbers dropping on the scales! 

    It's the little things!! honestly can't wait to see what improvements this week brings !

  • Wow that's amazing!!! You should feel so proud of your progress! Every achievement, every new move your able to achieve should be celebrated! 
    Maeve always talks about ditching the scales and concentrating more on how your body feels and being able to see your progress through your fittness and mind frame...not a number on the scales. 
    I am yet to reach the point yet of ditching the scales, but I hope to one day!
