    just wondering do any of you use pre workout powders before the classes? If so is there any good ones out there! Thanks 💕💕

  • @Lisa Kilgarriff hi Lisa, I have one from Foodspring that is quite natural and good.. TBH I would be more inclined to have a nice coffee like @Sharon Scully  .  I someitmes find that the pre workouts make me tingle, I remember in 2017 I was really addicted to one like it was so bad and they discontinued it.  The whole company shut down was so weird, I really think there was something that wasnt supposed to be in there in it.. Oh I remember taking something that was called like firey jack (or is that a shot) or jacked 3d but now I just kinda take a strong coffee and lots of water.  if you are feeling tired alot of the time that can be dehydration so just be mindful of that.


  • @Maeve Madden Thanks Maeve and @Sharon Scully for the reply, thats what I ususlly do but im just feeling a bit meh this week but i think thats probaby dur to time of the month. I'll snap out of it again but was just wondering did people recommend! 

    Loving the workouts though and seeing changes too which is great!
