Spring Challenge Progress

  • @Beth Haughian and you too - you always make me laugh! thank you

  • @Ailbhe Harding It's definitely not the change I as thinking of from the beginning but the mental change and strength are the best results for me x

  • @Vicky Baker Ah doll it's been so great getting to know you over the last year and watching your progress & consistency has been so inspiring

  • @Niamh Byrne Ah Niamh thank you - I can't wait for HUGS!!!

  • @Deirdre Mooney  thank you - Hope you are ok too? It's been a tough year for so many. We are so lucky to have found TQ xx

  • @Pamela King you look amazing queen! Well done on your journey!! I too joined TQ in May 2020 with my cousin, we would WhatsApp call each other and do the workouts on catchup after work. I was feeling so lost then, as my whole life felt it had turned upside down since lockdown 1, holidays cancelled, work projects and events cancelled, living alone not seeing anyone. So I totally get it how QDQ helped as it helped me too.

So sorry to hear about your loss. I also found comfort in QDQ workouts when my nan passed in Feb during the challenge, it helped give me a routine and kept me focused. You have done amazing, you should be so proud of your progress and your journey! Keep being you xxx

  • @Alise Jeremiah so sorry to hear about your nan - loss is devastating anytime but during lockdown is just so harsh. I can understand in many ways how QDQ community has been there for you too. Hope you have some family/friends even virtually for supoort too.

Thank you - I am proud and for first time probably in my 45 years not looking at myself critically but with pride & admiration of how far I have come this past year.

    xxx

  • @Pamela King Absolutely - I think this year has really emphasised the importance of mental strength and self care. It's the best form of progress! X
