Hiya ladies,
I am experiencing a similar issue for quite some time now. The pain is mainly in the arches of my feet and is sometimes so painful that i have to stop and take a quick break. This is super annoying as i want to give the workout my all but it's just so painful. I wear the classic queen shoe, Nike SuperRep and am flat footed, so maybe wearing an insole would help? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated xxx
