Individual vitamins VS Multivitamins

  • Hi QUEENS!!

Quick question about vitamins for about 2 years now Ive been taking vitamins initially : vit C , vit D, B12 etc and nnow i take multivitamin gummies. Im just wondering whether it is better to take the individuals or the multivitamin gummies.

  • @Annie Masterson hi Annie,  sorry but I'm no help when it comes to vitamins.... so bad at taking them myself. I know if you popped Jolie a message she will prob know better xx

  • I think it would be a case of checking the dosage of each vitamin/mineral in the multivitamin and the single dose vitamin, to see that meets your needs in terms of the recommended daily allowance. Not sure about the absorption rate of single vitamins/minerals compared to a multivitamin.
