GYMSHARK !! | MaeveMadden

GYMSHARK !!

  • Hi Ladies,

Quick question... Can anyone recommend a certain type of Gymshark leggings? I need a pair that wont role down over the aul tummy ! Something high waisted .. also size wise.. are they small fit or true to size? I've bought their tops and found them small enough.

    Thanks xxx

  • @Ruth Shanahan I love the Vital ones and also the Adapt leggings! I used to always always go for Mediums and they fit perfect but I started toning up especially in the spring challenga and I found they were way too big at the waist. They have a very good size guide to be fair which should guide you nicely to your size and there is a good bit of stretch in the leggings. I'd be a 10/12 and I get small leggings from there now!

Yeah I do find their tops to be a bit tight so I always go M/L because I have very broad shoulders, their returns are great though queen so might be worth buying one or two pairs and seeing what you like and if you don't like them you can send them back.

Not sure if this helps much but I definitely would recommend their size guide, it's spot on x

  • @Niamh Byrne thanks a million Niamh !! Would you say the adapt or the vital are more compression? Hold you all together.. haha I'm a 16 so I just want a nice tight legging to give nice shape. You've been a great help! X

  • @Ruth Shanahan I think they're both quite compressive too be honest! The vital are nice and high waisted and I love them for when I feel a bit marshmallowy because they just tuck my tummy in whereas smetimes I feel like my tummy can hang out over the adapt ones they're a wee bit lower is all, they're both quite good on the legs in terms of compression. I have a few pairs of the training leggings from their range too and they're cheaper but definitely not as compressive! x

  • @Niamh Byrne Thanks so much for your help !! Off I go now to do some damage on the website haha xx

  • @Ruth Shanahan I love the vital seamless range, really good for holding all in and nicely high waisted xx

  • Just as an fyi I saw an email the other day saying the are launching an outlet on their eu website on the 14th!
