For those with tight hips, quads, glutes

  • Ladies I know there were some of you talking about being very tight and restricted in Fridays Fireball.  Esthers class this morning (Sunday 4th) is one I will revisit - really great class for all that tightness.  Felt like a real release - physically and emotionally!

Thanks a million Esther & Maeve xx

  • @Sinéad Tiernan thanks for that sinead . ive been off for over a week with bad lower back an whilst i always try an stretch before an after my physio thinks it could possibly be tight glutes /hips an they can have significant impact on lower back , will definitely be doing this one thankyou . x

  • @Sinéad Tiernan thanks Sinead, I was one of them ladies complaining at Fridays class. My lower back does be so tight and sore doing deadlifts and in particular side lunges. I have poor posture from years of working as a dental nurse and I am thinking it could be why my back is so weak. I am going to give this a go later on this evening. I keep saying every week Ill do more yoga classes and never do!

    Thanks for the feedback X

  • @Sinéad Tiernan Oh that's amazing Sinead! I was planning on doing Esthers class this evening for an extra strecth as my hamstrings are feeling it from Fridays class so this sounds fabulous! Can't wait to stretch those muscles out. Thanks Queen xx
