Came back strong with “But did you die?” | MaeveMadden

Came back strong with “But did you die?”

  • I took a break last week because I went on vacation (to London, actually!) and came back today and caught up on But Did You Die? And oh my goodness, that was much needed. I got a little emotional at the beginning which was a surprise. I didn't realize just how much these workouts center me and my emotions. Traveling was difficult with the constantly changing restrictions and just making sure we were staying safe and keeping others safe as well and so being back and getting back into routine was definitely welcomed. Thank you QDQ for always being a safe place to come back to!
Also, that workout, man oh man. A killer.

  • @Hannah Shackles totally agree with you! Only yesterday I realised how much the workouts affect my mood and emotions too. I did Sarah's live to clear my head and settle my nerves as I had a job interview in the afternoon! I couldn't believe how different my approach to the day was, I drank water, ate a proper lunch and practiced deep breathing as the nerves kicked in, it was the best thing I did for myself!

Hope you enjoyed your trip, definitely a different experience now but hope you made the best of it x

  • @Melissa Reilly They totally do completely change your mindset! Congrats on the job interview, I hope it went well!!
