Advice for a beginner

  • Hi all,

I have just signed up this evening and looking forward to my journey. I would like to lose some weight but also get fitter and stronger.

Any advice for someone starting out who hasn't exercised in a good few months or how to make the most of my subscription?

    Many thanks

    G

  • @Grainne North hi I only joined up last week but I have been exercising for a good while now. My advice would be to try everything and if you are finishing it tough stick with it, take your time and take the beginner options for as long as you need to. You will soon discover what type of workouts you enjoy. Consistency is key! Best of luck with it 🤞🏻

  • Many thanks Suzanne!

  • I would also say to try a variety of classes/instructors to get a feel for which classes will be best for you!  I try to make the lives when I am able, as I find it more motivating.  Post in here-everyone is really nice. 😊. Welcome!
