@Michelle Fox I couldn't find it either!
@Michelle Fox it should just pop up when you go in to the live? it's usually on the right of the video, it asks you to pop your name in and then you can see all the comments 😊 if you still can't see it, you could pop a message to support and they could help - hope that was helpful and you get sorted as it's really nice to be on the chat at the start and end of the workout👑
@Michelle Fox @Hazel Giles girls I had same problem this morning I cld only get it on my laptop which is a balls as it on its last legs. But I was onto QDQ they said its a Vimeo problem. Can u tell me what devices ye r using & also do u have the Vimeo app?
@Audrey Browne yes I had the vimeo app and just streamed it from my phone to the TV but couldn't see any option for chat and even when I opened it in the browser it still didn't show up....🤔
@Aoife Cronin thanks I must look again later I couldn't see the chat box anywhere....I felt like i was missing out lol I love the chats
@Audrey Browne I'm using an iPhone and I've downloaded the app. I finally got it working but I can only see the chat if the screen isn't expanded

Hi gals, yas unfortunately we are still having to Use vimeo if you link it onto your laptop it works better that way.
On iphone the chat will close when you expand the workout to do it live, this will also be the case for when we move onto app as we want the workout to be the full screen for a better viewing experience.
We are working hard atm to get this sorted asap so I do greatly appreciate your understanding and patience. I am also extremely disappointed that the team have left us in this situation ( almost ruined christmas ) but a learning experience and I have great confidence in my new team coming on board.

@Maeve Madden Hi, I am trying to log in to library to do a much needed workout. I can see the new website is operational and I have gone there to do a workout from this week but I cant access anything as it is asking me to subscribe?? Not sure if I am doing something g wrong...can someone please help??
