Work from Home Snacks

  • Hi Ladies!

    happy new year

I am trying to stock up on a better repertoire of snacks as I work from home

so far I have been replying on peanut butter and rice cakes

does any one have any easy ideas that help keep seeet tooth at bay?

  • Have you tried the my protein powedered peanut butter. It has less fat and calories in it and you just add water and it thickens up to a consistency like PB. I use it on porridge or if you want to use it on sliced apples and rice cakes.

  • Hi Amy!

I feel like find it so much harder to resist all the food when working from home. I like to eat some nuts, a banana (it keeps me full) or even some dark choolate sometimes. I definetly find it better to eat something filling than just snacking little by little all day :)

Have you tried yet dates with peanut butter and melted chocolate? So delicios!

  • @Danaja Križaj thank you - yes i do love dates with PB and dark choc - i sometimes even sprinkle some salt on them too to get that contrast.

yesterday i did a cheese, nuts, olive plate that was good.

trying to think of more healthy tasty snacks.
